- From JFK International Airport: Van Wyck Expressway North exit 12B, Long Island Expressway-Follow signs to Midtown Tunnel-Go through Midtown Tunnel-at end of tunnel bear right- "Uptown"- Go straight through 37th Street. Follow across town to 8th Ave. Right onto 8th Avenue to Columbus Circle. Make a right onto Central Park South. Follow to the Inter-Continental Central Park on the right. From La Guardia Airport: Grand Central Parkway West to the Triboro Bridge-stay in the right lanes on the bridge approaching toll booths. Follow the FDR Drive South to 53rd Street exit - Follow 53rd Street to 8th Avenue. Right onto 8th Ave. to Columbus Circle. Make a right onto Central Park South. Follow to the Inter-Continental Central Park on the right. From Newark International Airport: New Jersey Turnpike North to Exit 17, Lincoln Tunnel. Go through the Lincoln Tunnel and follow the signs to 42nd Street. Turn right onto 42nd Street. Make a left turn onto 8th Avenue North to Columbus Circle. Make a right onto Central Park South. Follow to the Inter-Continental Central Park on the right.
